Town Planning staff responded to the questions and concerns raised by JCRA and a number of individual residents in a recent memorandum.  We are appreciative of the detailed and comprehensive response from the Town.  While Town staff have provided substantial relevant information, many of the concerns raised by residents have not been addressed yet, as the Town will require time to review updated submissions from the applicants, and determine what additional information is still required.
