Town of Oakville Parks staff will present the history of this project and why a splash pad was proposed to be added to Aspen Forest Park. They want to hear directly from area residents of any potential concerns, wishes and suggestions for the splash pad facility so the Town’s short presentation will be followed by and Q&A session with residents.
To make it easier for residents to participate, the meeting will be held by Zoom on Tuesday, February 28 from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Please register for the meeting ahead of time.
All JCRA residents are invited to attend the online public information meeting.

· Send an email by noon on Tuesday, February 28 to david.sun@oakville.ca saying you would like to attend.
· Please put Aspen Forest Park Public Meeting in the subject line.
· The Town will then send you a meeting invite with a link and instructions on how to join the meeting.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, but would like to provide your feedback, you can review the design plans available on the Aspen Forest Park – Proposed Splash Pad page at oakville.ca. Please share any input you may have on the design plans by Friday, March 10.
