H&R REIT Settlement Offer to Town and External Review of their November 2020 Traffic Study

Here is our January email that includes the link to view the Settlement Offer from H&R REIT to the Town as presented on January 14, 2021.  The email also includes a link to see the completed external review of the Site Plan Application’s updated November 2020 updated Traffic Study.  The Town agreed back in the summer that an external review of the traffic study was needed.
