All DTS staff and consultant reports are available at oakville.ca on the DTS webpage. Hard copies are also available for viewing at Town Hall and at all Oakville Public Library branches.
This is your opportunity to submit your comments to Council either in writing prior to April 13 by emailing townclerk@oakville.ca or in person at the meeting. If you were not a delegate at the March 10 meeting, or if you were and have new information to share with Council, you are invited to register in advance by emailing townclerk@oakville.ca.
At the April 13 meeting, staff will also present an update report on the Downtown Cultural Hub and a Downtown Parking Garage Feasibility Study report. The April 13 Planning and Development Council Agenda will be available online on April 2.
