In February, two Site Plan Applications for properties located in the designated Midtown area were received at the Town’s Planning & Development Council. Together those applications are proposing six condo buildings ranging from 44 – 58 stories. The Trafalgar Chartwell Resident’s Association (TCRA) delegated on each site plan application and made very strong points that the intensity of the proposed developments is too high and will not deliver liveability for residents. JCRA, along with the Chartwell-Maple Grove and Oakville Lakeside RA’s, supported the comments made by TCRA.
